Privacy Policy & Terms

By proceeding with registration and checking the box below, you ("Vendor") acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by Trustify Vendors' Terms of Service and Privacy & Data Protection Policy, as detailed below. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not proceed with registration.
SECTION A — PLATFORM UNDERSTANDING
1. Trustify Vendors is an independent vendor identity verification and credibility registry platform. It is not a government body, regulatory authority, marketplace, payment processor, or transaction intermediary.
2. Trustify verification confirms vendor identity only. It does not represent, imply, or guarantee government certification, legal licensure, product quality, service reliability, business legitimacy, or any form of official regulatory approval.
3. Trustify bears no liability for any disputes, financial losses, or damages arising from transactions between vendors and their customers. All commercial transactions are conducted entirely at the parties' own risk.
SECTION B — VENDOR OBLIGATIONS
By registering, the Vendor agrees to:
1. Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and throughout the verification process.
2. Immediately notify Trustify of any changes to business name, contact details, or operational information.
3. Use the Trustify Verified Badge strictly in accordance with the Badge Usage Policy — solely as an identity verification indicator and never as a representation of government approval, legal license, quality certification, or Trustify endorsement.
4. Maintain ethical business conduct in all customer interactions.
5. Respond professionally and in good faith to any complaints filed through the Trustify platform.
6. Comply with all applicable laws of Pakistan in connection with business operations.
SECTION C — DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY CONSENT
C.1 Information Collected
The Vendor consents to Trustify collecting and processing the following information for verification and platform operation purposes:
• Full name and business name
• CNIC (National Identity Card) and supporting identity documents
• Phone number and email address
• Social media profile links (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
• Business category and service description
• City and operational location
• Utility bills and/or business registration documents (where applicable)
C.2 Purpose of Collection
Collected data is used exclusively for:
• Identity verification and authentication
• Public display of verified vendor profile
• Fraud investigation and complaint handling
• Platform security and abuse prevention
• Communication regarding verification status, renewals, and policy updates
C.3 Public Display
The Vendor acknowledges and consents that the following information will be publicly visible on the Trustify registry, accessible 24/7:
• Business Logo –
• Business name and City
• Verification status: Verified, Suspended, or Blacklisted
• Business Profile URL
• Badge Valid, Expiry
• Open Reviews section for public
The Vendor's CNIC number, identity document images, and other sensitive personal information will never be publicly displayed.
C.4 Data Security
Trustify practices security measures including encrypted storage, restricted administrative access, and regular security reviews to protect all collected data against unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.
C.5 Data Sharing
Trustify does not sell, rent, trade, or disclose vendor data to any third party, except under the following strictly limited circumstances:
• Upon a lawful written request or valid court order from authorized Pakistani government agencies, including but not limited to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) or NADRA, pursuant to applicable Pakistani law including the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002 and the FIA Act
• During active fraud investigations with proper authorization
• Public display of non-sensitive profile information as described in C.3 above
C.6 Data Retention
The Vendor explicitly consents to the following data retention terms:
• All vendor data, documents, and verification records will be retained by Trustify indefinitely, including after badge expiry, account cancellation, or voluntary withdrawal, for the purposes of fraud prevention, verification history, and platform integrity.
• In the case of permanent blacklisting, the Vendor's complete record — including identity documents will be retained on the Trustify portal for a minimum period of two (2 or 5) years from the date of blacklisting, and may be retained beyond this period at Trustify's sole discretion for ongoing fraud prevention purposes.
• Blacklisted vendors permanently forfeit the right to request deletion of their data. This measure exists to prevent fraudulent re-registration under a different identity and to protect the public interest.
• Vendors in good standing may request correction of inaccurate information or access to their own records by contacting support@trustifyvendors.com.

SECTION D — FEES & REFUNDS
1. The verification fee is non-refundable once the verification process has commenced, regardless of the outcome.
2. Badge validity is one (1) year from the date of issuance. Renewal fee is PKR 4,999 and may require re-verification.
3. In the event of a duplicate payment or verified technical error, refund requests must be submitted trustifyvendors@gmail.com within seven (7) days of payment, with proof of transaction.
4. Filing a payment chargeback without first contacting Trustify support may result in immediate account suspension and permanent blacklisting.

SECTION E — PROFILE ACTIONS & ENFORCEMENT
1. Trustify reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend, or permanently blacklist any vendor profile for policy violations, fraudulent activity, document forgery, customer misconduct, or any conduct that damages platform integrity.
2. Suspended vendors may submit a formal written appeal within fourteen (14) days of suspension email.
3. Blacklisting decisions are final, permanent, and cannot be appealed under any circumstances.
4. Upon blacklisting, the vendor's public profile will be permanently flagged with Blacklisted status, visible to all users of the Trustify platform.
5. Upon any account action, the Vendor must immediately remove the Trustify badge from all platforms, websites, and marketing materials.
SECTION F — POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Trustify reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time without prior individual notice. The latest version will be published on the official Trustify website. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
DECLARATION
I, the undersigned Vendor, hereby declare that:
• I have read and fully understood the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Trustify Vendors in their entirety.
• I consent to the collection, storage, processing, public display, and retention of my personal and business data as described above.
• I understand that Trustify verification is an identity confirmation service only and does not constitute any government certification, legal license, or quality guarantee.
• All information submitted by me is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of my knowledge.
• I am legally authorized to register this business on the Trustify platform.
