1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Trustify Vendors services, you (the "Vendor" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

1.2 Platform Purpose and Scope

Trustify Vendors is a vendor verification and credibility registry platform. We provide:

  • • Identity verification services for vendors • Unique profile URLs and verification badges • Public registry accessible 24/7 for credibility checking • Status indicators: Verified, Suspended, or Blacklisted

CRITICAL LIMITATION:

Trustify is NOT a marketplace, payment processor, or transaction intermediary. We do NOT provide payment protection, escrow services, transaction guarantees, or quality assurance of vendor products/services.

1.3 Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor using Trustify, you agree to:

  • • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration • Maintain ethical business practices in all customer interactions • Update your profile if business details change • Use the verification badge in accordance with Badge Usage Policy • NOT misrepresent Trustify verification as government approval, legal license, or endorsement • Respond professionally to customer complaints

1.4 Buyer/Customer Responsibilities

Buyers and customers accessing vendor profiles agree to:

  • • Conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any vendor • Understand that Trustify verification confirms identity only, NOT quality, reliability, or legitimacy of services • File accurate complaints with supporting evidence if issues arise

1.5 Account Termination

Trustify reserves the right to suspend, blacklist, or terminate vendor accounts for:

  • • Violation of any platform policy • Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation • Verified complaints of scam or misconduct • Failure to renew verification badge annually • Any conduct that damages platform integrity

1.6 Limitation of Platform Liability

TRUSTIFY DOES NOT GUARANTEE:

• Vendor success, sales, or business growth • Customer satisfaction with vendor services • Quality, safety, or legality of vendor products/services • Resolution of disputes between vendors and customers • Payment protection or transaction security
